Limit function, finding horizontal asymptotes: I'm trying to find the horizontal asymptote to lim x - infinity and lim x - negative infinity for x^2 - 2x + 3 / x+2 do i divide by the leading coefficient? I'm pretty sure the answer is no finite number. correct?

yes correct .the answer is not finite no divide both numerator and denominator by x^2 then apply limits.
