Can someone please tell me how to cite the Bible for APA formatting?

dont you just cite the Bible in verses?

I do not know how to do the in-text and also on the refernce list, I would think ou have to put the version and so forth and so on

and besides.. APA formatting are for texts that were already tested and proven. The Bible is a religious book. I don't think you can cite religious books in researches

You can and I have seen the instructions before but am at a loss for trying to find them now at my collge website thanks anyway
