My ss isn't showing up. Its just red, the circle is blank and it says I have 0 fans, and I can't read my messages, or talk in chat.. Is this a bug?

Now its working...but its happened before. Like, if I refresh the page, it'll happen again.

I refreshed it a couple times...and waited a couple mins before refreshing again, since it didn't load.

Around the time you posted this we were dealing with a server hiccup. We've been tweaking this as these happen and I think I've got it to the point where we can resolve them without triggering a page refresh, but unfortunately, you're going to see some things like this. Essentially our message system is getting backlogged some how. We're still digging into it. Thanks for your patience.
