How to graph x<-16 of x>2/5?? I think I have to do my number line by 2/5ths but anything will help... PLEASE!

I think it's and maybe, so the two answers would meet on the number line but i have no idea how to put the numbers at the bottom of the graph

oh just go from oh -18 to 3 go by one. just put the 2/5 in between the one and the two, but a little closer to the one
