When writing I often find it frustrating using simple words such as "she" or "they", especially while writing dialogue. Does anyone else have this problem?

i do when i use pronouns excessively. That's why I avoid using too much pronouns. Also, pronouns tend to be ambiguous

I also feel the same tension using Proper nouns. When reading, I overlook these, as they are just tools or blocks for the story. Am I having a case of some kind of writer's dysmorphia?
