IN what sense?
I am guessing this is in reference to a story last year about the damage being caused by the nearby Yamuna river shrinking. As its water level has lowered, there is concern that the timbers supporting the Taj Mahal would dry out and begin rotting, tilting the towers and collapsing the tomb.
