It seems like you need to do more computations to get the roots. W|A provided the alternative factored form of (x-4) (x+1) (x^2-2). This should be enough information for you to figure out all the roots.

I just had one last question if i were to plot a Polar Coordinate like (3, 120º) in wolffram..how can i do that?
