Well think about it these way, males are natural more competive that girls and give an example, like sports but counterargument that girls are just as competitive as the guys

Male students will dominate class discussion in things that are socially acceptible...math, history, science. However female students tend to dominate in literature, art, etc. The domination of discussion by gender is not a case of males being more aggressive but society saying that certain subjects are more appropriate for men to study. Most subjects in modern high schools fall into these categories making male-dominated conversation appear to be normal
