CAN SOMEONE HELP ME FINDING THE ABSOLUTE VALUE!?? OF f(x)=|x+3|

I have to find the domain as well as the range

f(x) will have a value no matter what x is so the domain is all real numbers. the absolute value function will reflect the graph of y=x+3 over the x-axis making all y-values positve.... so the range is..... what do you think?
