Study Spanish. It is similar. So similar, in fact, that Spaniards can read Portuguese newspapers, and vise-verse.

@Bburch101 I actually speak spanish fluently so maybe that will be to my advantage.
Although, I'd like to learn and practice the accent and grammar. My goal would be to speak it fluently along with learning the correct way to write.

Try the Pimsleur Method. Only takes 10 days and thats how ik my spanish!
