Evaluate the indicated function for f(x)=x^2-1 and g(x)=x-2 (f-g)(0)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Probably the easiest way is f(0)-g(0)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but i have to combine them into the above functions

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well if you insist on combining them...f-g is x^2-1-(x-2) = x^2-x+1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Just plug in x = 0 into that last expression I wrote and that will be your answer
