Check out the icons next to the course listing. I believe there are more videos and resources online from the Spring version. Also search as this question is asked often it seems.

the fall is older and covers python 2.7.3 the spring is newer and covers python 3.0
OpenStudy (anonymous):
(The fall version does not teach 3.0 - its section on Setting Up Python specifically says "...you will need Python version 2.5.4 (any 2.5.x or 2.6.x version of Python will work, but 3.0 versions are NOT compatible).")
