Do you know what version of Microsoft Office or Word you are using? When you start the program it should say Office 2007 or 2010 in the splash screen. If you are on a Mac it would be 2008. If you have the 2007 version try this link to the MS Office templates download site, here is the description: "This APA paper template provides a framework to correctly format your writing in the APA format; includes example text and instructions."
