Hey guys, what is the difference between uniform charge density and charges being uniformly distributed? Any idea? Or is it the same? Hmm..

To answer your question, the two statements you made are one in the same. If we look at lines, surfaces, or spheres with charges uniformly distributed, then we use lambda, sigma, or rho, respectively, to define the uniform charge density.
