There are lots of organelles which basically every cell in the body shares. Nucleus, nucleolus, ribosomes, endoplasmic reticuli, lysosomes, peroxisomes, mitochondria come to mind.

Nucleus and Mitochondria. The former contains the genetic information of the cell while the latter (which also contains DNA) mainly functions as the powerhouse of the cell.
