OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

factor out a 2 2(p^4-16q^4) = 2(p^4 - 4^2*q^2) = 2((p^2)^2- (q^2*4)^2) now use (a^2-b^2) = (a-b)(a+b) you got it from here?
