OpenStudy (agentjamesbond007):

How do you know if a graph is continuous from the left, right, or neither?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If you're checking continuity at a point, it is continuous if the limits approaching from the left and right are the same. The function at that point must also exist. IE: the limit must exist, and the function at that point must exist.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The limit must also converge at the value of the function at that point.
