To make it simpler, Yuki gets her haircut every 3 months. That means she gets a haircut on month 3, 6, 9, 12.

Yuki gets a new shirt every 4 months. That means she gets a new shirt on month 4, 8, and 12.

If you make month 1 January, month 2 February, ... month 12 December, this means Yuki gets a haircut in march, June, September, and December.

She also gets a new shirt every April, August, and December.

The only month that matches up is December. December is the only month of the year that she gets both a haircut and a new shirt. In other words, she only gets both on one month of the year.
