When I go to Settings, I'm unable to click on "Change Picture," "Account Settings," and "Notification Settings." All the other links/buttons on the page seem to be functional. This only seems to be happening in my Chrome browser (22.0.1229.39 beta-m). When I switch to Firefox, those buttons work.

You people need to stop using betas if you don't want to see bugs. By definition, they have stuff in them that's broken. :P That said, I can look into it, but I can confirm those buttons are working on the stable version of Chrome (21).
note taken. On a side note however, I had this same issue with the 21 beta a little while ago.
It could have something to do with their beta code. That certainly is peculiar.
