how do i find the domain of the equation f(x)= 4-ln(5x)

Look at a graph of the function and describe the behavior of the function in relation to the x-axis. Attached is a copy of the graph. As you can see, the function never crosses the y axis, meaning that the lower bound is 0 and the function extends to infinity. The proper notation would be: \[(0, \infty)\]
