1.00 and 2.00 respectively

all the smaller numbers mean
.1 .2 .3

and each tick mark means
.02, .04, .06

so ill take number 2 as an example

its bigger than the giant 1 and bigger than the little 7 and 2 tick marks up

1+.7+.04=
1.74
