My actual problem is very similar it's The manager of a furniture factory finds that it costs $2200 to manufacture 100 chairs in one day and $5200 to produce 300 chairs in one day. (a) Assuming that the relationship between cost C and the number of chairs produced x is linear, find an equation that expresses this relationship. Changed: I keep getting an answer like C=11x+1100 this works for 2200 but not for 5200. i can't understand the steps. Please help me.
