No. That's why I'm also stuck!
From the website, "It is illegal to consult materials from previous semesters." ( http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/mathematics/18-02-multivariable-calculus-fall-2007/syllabus/ ) I assume this means they'd prefer to keep solutions off the web, too.
I shifted to 18.02SC (Fall 2010) they have solutions there. It's also more structured for self study.
