So what you want to do is name the middle Letter as an angle, so Angle E. Then, you read the letters from one side across without jumping over letters so Angle TEN. Then, you read from the other side across which makes it Angle NET as well. It's a bit vague, but tell me if you still have troubles with this. Angle E, Angle TEN, Angle NET
