I think you need to turn the first triangle 180 degrees so that the first triangle correctly overlaps the second triangle. Then solve x and y separately.

After turning the first triangle 180 degrees: 6x + 30 = 78 => 6x = 48 => x = 8 Same procedure for y.

Take a closer look. I already gave you the answer. There is only one answer in the list where x=8
Then, simply set up your equations (4y-2) = 54, (6x+30) = 78,
