It's how the creators decided to make it. To prevent question spam, and people just wanting answers or something. They talked about it in a release notice a while back..

In the "back-in-the-day" openstudy, people asked a crap ton of questions.. Like Kym said, to prevent spam.

i've been wondering the same thing 2, cause i have 2 math question i wanted to ask, but it would only let me post 1, which kinda sucks, i was hoping it would let me post both cause i really need help in my AP statistics class and i really need to raise up my grade by a lot
