I know answer is 15 yards but how do you get that
15????
i dont know
Are you sure it's 15...
thats what answer key tells me
What exactly does the answer key tell you?
71 x 78 = 5 538 5538 - 3528 = 2010 Now you know that the apartment building is in the corner and they want parkings on both sides so you divide 2010 by 3 and multiply it by 2. A picture will follow.
it says 15 yards

1 yard = 0.9144 meters.
The answer I got is 1340 :/ Make sure you're on the right page for the answers... or sometimes books have wrong answers in them.
OMG! I'm sorry! it's the width!
Is that all the info it says?
