71 x 78 = 5 538
5538 - 3528 = 2010
Now you know that the apartment building is in the corner and they want parkings on both sides so you divide 2010 by 3 and multiply it by 2. A picture will follow.

it says 15 yards

1 yard = 0.9144 meters.

The answer I got is 1340 :/ Make sure you're on the right page for the answers... or sometimes books have wrong answers in them.
