Time, I believe.  Also he ruled the universe between his father Uranus and his son Zeus.  He's the Greek equivalent of Saturn.  I think he's usually drawn as an old man with a sickle (looking a lot like "Father Time"), but some googling will tell you better.

in grek mythology he is lisyed at teh god of time and technically he is not a god, He is a Titan, he was the father of Zues, Hades, and Posidon
