proteins are made up of amino acids, according to the nature of amino acids (brought together by peptide bonds), its modifications, proteins nature will differ. see the number of natural amino acids. But cellulose is made up of D-glucose (by beta 1-4 bond). Because this monomer doesn't have such difference so the cellulose..
