Two charged rods, one carrying a linear charge density λ1 = 23.30 μC/m and the other carrying a linear charge density λ2 = 44.10 μC/m are placed along the x- and y-axes as shown in the figure. Both rods have the same length l = 0.716 m and are shifted from the origin by distances a = 0.253 m and b = 0.158 m, respectively. Calculate the components of the electric field along the x- and y-directions.
