if that was not clear, it is: y>1/3x-2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

top is answer choice A. bottom is B.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

top is answer choice C. Bottom is D.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hi!!! thanks for coming!! and hi again @jim_thompson5910 :D :D what do u think??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and i think answer D is automatically gone because it is a solid line right?? am i correct??

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

no, the line isn't solid because you have a > and not a >= sign

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

oh i see what you mean, yes D is out

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can you graph y=1/3x-2?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay, so i think the answer is C. the graph with the dotted line that hits the y-axis at -2 and is shaded above and looks to me like it has a slope of 1/3.... am i right on that?? graph C is the answer?

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

it's the only one shaded above (that also has a dashed line), so it has to be C

OpenStudy (anonymous):

coool!! :D thanks!!!
