Corresponding angles are $1$ and $5$, $2$ and $6$, $4$ and $8$, and $3$ and $7$. They are congruent simply because of the fact that lines $AB$ and $CD$ are parallel. What is the format of the proof you are expected to submit?

@experimentX  Thats incorrect because they are saying draw lines and talking about perpendicular. I have to prove that corresponding angles are congruent and im given that AB is parallel to CD not perpendicular.

1# 4 = 6 (alternate angle)
2# 6 = 8 (vertically opp angle)
3# 4 = 8  from #1 and #2 (hence corresponding angles are equal
