The first part sounds good. It's actually 274.6, so idk if you should actually say 275, because you would need a part of that 275th one. 

For the second part, I got 227.9, so 228 I would guess. I think your problem was you only subtracted 5 from both dimensions of the roof.  Remember the path is on both sides, so you should subtract 10 from each dimension!
