The nucleus is like the manager of the company, there is the essential information that makes the company works properly. The main function of the nucleus is to keep the DNA, which contains the genetic information used in transcription (inside the nucleus) and afterward the translation in the cytoplasm. Another essential function that nucleus regulates is the cell division. the nucleus is the brain of a cell it controls everything that goes on and make sure it functions correctly
