Can you describe the word forsworn and the way it was used in Shakespearean times? I don't understand any of the definitions...

Forsworn means to agree to give up or do without In Shakespearean literature i don't know

Forsworn also means to be false or commit perjury like in this sentence "I swore that I would lead us safely home and I do not mean to be forsworn".
