I'm having a really hard time understanding what this question is asking: Find the area of the region bounded by the graphs of the given equations y=e^2x, y=0, x=0, x=ln(3) The correct answer is 4, I just don't know how to get there.

Try graphing each of those first and seeing what the region looks like.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hmm so y=0 and x=0 are just bounding vertical and horizontal lines?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yep.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

as well as x=ln(3)?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok, I'll give that a shot, thanks!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yep. Those are the limits of integration.
