How to find total distance traveled in 3 dimension

OpenStudy (3psilon):

I'm too lazy to plug in the numbers I'm using but for instance X(t) = <A , B> And total distance traveled is \[C = \sqrt{A^{2} + B^{2}}\] How would you find such a distance with a 3rd dimension

@CliffSedge Can you help me one last time if you don't mind?
