I highly recommend reviewing Algebra, Calculus 1, Calculus 2, and Multivariable Calculus first. All these are taught very well and in a straightforward manner in this site: http://tutorial.math.lamar.edu/Classes/Alg/Alg.aspx After doing that, you'll be certain that you are well-equipped with the core math principles.

I'd also recommend brushing up on geometry to practice logic and proofs.
TheMathPage.com has all of book I of Euclid's Elements.

Studying some basic calculus-based physics too will give good practice for problem-solving.

MIT's Open Course Ware has a lot of free video lectures that can be found at their website or on Youtube.
