Yes, they do have difference and also have many impacts on human health. I am attaching some images from the book titled "Teas, Cocoa and Coffee: Plant Secondary Metabolites and Health" from Wiley publication below.
generally tea effect decrease fat and mental clear but coffee is subtitute lunch.
