Let g(x) be the reflection of f(x) = x² + 5 in the x-axis. What is a function rule for g(x)?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

will it be g(x) = - [x^2 + 5] @amistre64 ???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@amistre64 check this answer??

OpenStudy (amistre64):

i believe so; by reflecting thru the x axis, we simply negate the y values

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yaa .. i also used the same logic..

OpenStudy (amistre64):
