hartnn (hartnn):

did u get a?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah.\[a= 4\sqrt{2}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think...

hartnn (hartnn):

nopes, thats b. how did u get that ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[hypotenuse=leg \times \sqrt{2}\]

hartnn (hartnn):

right,u are using the property of 45-45-90 triangle here hypotenuse = b so b= 4\(\sqrt2\) now two legs of 45-45-90 triangle are equal so u directly get a=4 got this?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

WITHOUT THINKING YOU KGNOW a=4 SINCE ANGLE IS 45. AND \[B =4\sqrt{2}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Got it! Thanks guys!
