i got the excerpt:
"Thus, the electromagnetic field may be viewed as a dynamic entity that causes other charges and currents to move, and which is also affected by them":.....ok so the charges could be made to move but the currents that's itself describe the motion of charged particles....how it could be moved...we have never heard the thing that current moves we always hear the charges move...?? so what this means!!

Electric field affect moving as well as stationary charges.
Magnetic field affect moving charges.

okk..but what is meaning of em field causes charges and currents to be moved!!! ..amm..charges move right but how could the currents be supposed to move...!!..they are themselves describing the motion of some other object...

amm..ok now i got it the current is itself moving charges and hey it could affect the motion of moving charges...it was actually quite odd in considering text " current moves" as if it is a particle but it could be clearly understood if we consider the em field affecting the motion of moving particles than to say em field affect current movement ..!!

you have hall effect + you have Lorentz force (eE + q Bxv) ... of course this would affect the path of the moving charge.
