Does technetium have a positive or negative charge? I have a project due tomorrow and the websites i go on dont have what im looking for.

Technetium is an element, a substance. Perhaps you mean a technetium atom? Just one atom of Tc? Ordinarily, e.g. in a piece of solid Tc metal, it would have a charge of zero. If the Tc were part of a chemical compound, or dissolved in solution, it might have a charge. The most likely charge if dissolved would be +2.
