complete the table of values for the function and use the result to estimate the limit. values given for x are -.1; -.01; -.001; .001; .01; and .1. the function is lim as x approaches 0 (cos(x)-1)/x. the values I keep getting are .05 .005 .0005 -.0005 -.005 and -.05. If this is right I don't understand what the answer is or why.

this is confusing probably because the order you put the numbers in is strange. seeing what happens when you get close to 0 means the numbers should be getting closer to zero in other words the order should be \(0.1,0.01,0.001\)

you are supposed to then see that the numbers get smaller and smaller, but which i mean they get closer and closer to zero, which is in fact the limit
