this is confusing probably because the order you put the numbers in is strange.  seeing what happens when you get close to 0 means the numbers should be getting closer to zero
in other words the order should be 
$0.1,0.01,0.001$

you are supposed to then see that the numbers get smaller and smaller, but which i mean they get closer and closer to zero, which is in fact the limit
