OpenStudy (charlotte123):

Jose's parents are getting divorced. He thinks a lot about this, and he is very upset. With regards to the mind/body connection, which of the following would be the best thing for Jose to do to keep his emotions from affecting his health? Jose should participate in a club or sports activity so he can focus his thoughts on other things. Every time Jose has a negative thought about the divorce, he should replace it with a positive thought about something else. Jose should talk about his feelings to his school guidance counselor or a trusted adult.

OpenStudy (charlotte123):

ran outta space her is the last choice: When Jose is upset, he should write his feelings in a journal in order to release his emotions.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay hi my name is Courage. Think about the outcome of each of these strategies. Which one do you think would help him out the best?

OpenStudy (charlotte123):

Courage XD Nice ta meet ya Im charlotte a big fan a yours :D maybe c? :P

OpenStudy (ookawaiioo):

This one is hard.....

OpenStudy (charlotte123):

It is hard XD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What i thought about A and B is that even if he does replace the moment with a happy one. the problem still persists and later on it may come back again. So that will keep reoccurring. Right now i thinking that C is correct as well Writing in the journal will be helpful, but if he can get the help from someone else it will be easier for Jose to overcome his emotions.

OpenStudy (charlotte123):

OpenStudy (ookawaiioo):

OpenStudy (charlotte123):
