One goal of Johnson's Great Society was to ensure voting rights for blacks. Which law(s) was (were) passed to achieve this goal? I. the 24th AmendmentII. the Civil Rights Act of 1964 III. the Voting Rights Act of 1965. A. I B. II C. III D. I, II, and III

D is the correct answer. All 3 statutes made some change to help remove discriminatory voting practices based upon race. However, I would like to note that the 24th Amendment was proposed during the Kennedy Administration and ratified during Johnson's. So, the 24th Amendment shouldn't be attributed to the Great Society. Regardless of the question's inherent fault, D is the best choice.
