Oh, it is misleading because the #1 dermatologist is opinion. Everyone had different opinions and might think that dermatologist is the best, or they might not. So it is misleading because it is opinion.

They don't that's true, and that's a very good point you just proved one of the reasons that it is misleading, nobody knows who the dermatologist is. So in a way you kind of just answered it yourself. :)
