Which object exerts more gravitational force, object A with a mass of 25 grams and a density of 2 g/cm3 or object B with a mass of 55 grams and a density of 0.5 g/cm3?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

F = mg If m goes up so will F.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Both will exert same gravitational force but in opposite direction. Gravitational force, F = G (m1 * m2)/ r^2 However they will experience different accelerations as the force is same for both the masses but mass are different. Hence the acceleration for first mass will be F / m1 and for second F / m2.
