I have noticed that there is no live updating in terms of medals.

What exactly happened:

I was on a question on one tab(let's name that tab X). Then, I opened the same question in tab Y.

I gave him a medal in tab X, and then saw tab Y... and this is what I saw:

Notice how there is still a "Best Response" button there, when I was the only one who had given him a medal.
