Start off by making sure you know all of the stuff needed for the exam. You can find specifications about everything you should know online.
Then the best way to prepare is to do AS MANY PAST PAPERS AS YOU CAN GET YOUR HANDS ON.
I can't stress this enough. Maths exams are all usually very similar, so after you do a few past papers you will start to notice what kind of questions come up and how to answer them.
